How long does each AI learning session take?

Most sessions are designed to be 45–60 minutes, allowing facilitators to introduce a workflow, demonstrate examples, and help participants produce one real outcome (such as a study summary, product listing, or caption).
Longer workshops (90–120 minutes) are also available for deeper practice or multi-step exercises.
Programs are flexible and can be adapted to your organization’s schedule.

Do we need trained tech staff to run the program?
